It's a multi-step process that's as follows: After checkout and payment, it takes 24- 48 hours to process your order, and then 7-21 business days (i.e., for your purchased item(s) to arrive at your front door), unless otherwise noted to fulfill packaging and ship your order.

Expected delivery is 12-21 days from when you place your order. We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders.

We dispatch OR contact you if there is a problem within 24hours of receiving an order except those made on the weekend. These orders are dealt with 8 AM Monday (EST+12)
